When kimchi gets old, it becomes an excellent ingredient for various other dishes! The most common dish made with aged kimchi is kimchi jjigae (김치 찌개). It's a go-to stew in Korean homes.

  1. Siapkan Ribs atau Sirloin (sesuai selera aj).
  2. Kamu butuh 1/2 bungkus Kimchi Omason berikut air.
  3. Kamu butuh 1 pcs Bawang Bombay.
  4. Siapkan 1 siung Bawang Putih.
  5. Kamu butuh 3 Batang Daun Bawang.
  6. Siapkan 1/2 Kotak Tahu Putih.
  7. Siapkan 500 ml Air putih.
  8. Siapkan bumbu saus.
  9. Siapkan 1 sdm Minyak Wijen.
  10. Kamu butuh 1 sdm Gochujang.
  11. Siapkan 1 sdt Biji Wijen Sangrai.
  12. Kamu butuh Garam.
  13. Siapkan Gula sedikit (jangan kebanyakan krn Bombay memberi rasa manis).
  14. Siapkan Lada Putih.
